What products can be used on children?
All of our products can be used by anyone age 2 and over! If you’re sensitive to new products or are unsure about allergies or a reaction, we recommend testing the products on a small spot behind your ear and waiting 24 hours before further use.
*Please note, our shampoos are not tear free.
What makes your products better than others?
Our primary focus is on the health of your hair! All of our products are made with high quality, stimulating & growth ingredients that will produce HEALTHY hair!
Do I have to be "natural" to use your products?
No! Our products can be used on relaxed hair as well.
Why is my hair oil a different color this time?
Due to the fact that our products are handmade and that we like to use as many natural ingredients as possible, the color may vary due to the fresh herbs we use.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All products are best when they are used between 10-12 months.
Do you use preservatives?
Yes, we do use mild preservatives to extend the shelf life but they do not compromise the quality of our products.
What’s the difference between the Healthy Hair Butter Cream & the Moisturizing Style Cream?
The Butter Cream is thicker in texture while the Moisturizing Style Cream is lighter. The Butter cream can be used on the hair AND the scalp because it contains an extensive amount of essential oils and ingredients that promote hair health, scalp health and promote GROWTH! Both products can be used for daily styling, twists, braids etc.
I think that I have the kind of hair that just doesn't grow. Will your products work for me?
Our products are designed to transform your hair into its healthiest state. Consistent use with regular trims will give you the growth you desire.
How long is shipping?
1-3 Business days, not including holidays and weekends. MOST orders ship the following business day. Longer shipping times can be expected during sales and holidays. Thank you for your patience.
How soon will I receive my tracking number?
You should receive it 24-48 hours after your order is complete. Orders placed on a Friday may not process until the following Monday.
Can my coupon, discount or promo code be added after my purchase if I forget to use it?
No, we cannot apply discounts after the transaction is complete.
Can I add or edit items after purchase?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot change the order once the transaction is complete.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
ORDERS & RETURNS
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. In order to receive replacements, you must provide photos of your damaged items.
What if I want to cancel an order?
Before submitting your order, please check to make sure it is correct! We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted but you can refuse the package when it arrives. Once it is returned, we will issue a refund for the subtotal amount. (Shipping is non-refundable.)
What if my package was lost or stolen?
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend that the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival. If not, the receiver is responsible for contacting the carrier to schedule alternate pickup options.
Protection Perfection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. We will gather information needed for the customer to investigate lost packages.
We do not accept returns on used/opened products. Verified/damaged returns must be shipped within 3 days of delivery.
